Today went better than yesterday. I stayed up late again last night and slept in late too. Not having a daily routine is making this tough. I'll have to put in a bit more effort to make sure my weekends from here on out are planned out better than the past 10 days off have been. Food went okay, but I did go over my calories today. I've also learned that Mac'n'cheese has waaayyy more calories than I ever thought possible! The workout was just as hard as I expected. No way was I going to finish this without doing the modified version. My arms felt like rubber and I sweat my ass off!
